Joined-Up - Deliberate and coordinated planning and working, which take account of different policies and varying agency practices and values. Can refer to thinking or to practice or policy development.

Joint Funding - When organisations such as councils, hospitals and schools work together to solve local problems.

Joint Working - Professionals from more than one agency working directly together on a project, for example, teachers and social work staff offering joint group work.
